First off, try this... if this works then ignore the files.

1.You have a firewall or port that does not allow Mo Siang Online/LUNA online andGameGuard to update. To solve this, please disable your firewall beforeupdating or loading the game client. As for the ports, you'll need toallow the game and GameGuard to access your computer.

2. If youhave an updated computer with dual core processors. This can cause thiserror to happen, because sometimes gameguard will assume its a "Speedhack". Game Guard is set up differently for each game client. Its notalways the same. If you do have this issue, then go to Task Manager bypressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE. Go to Processes, right click the process forMo Siang/LUNA online or GameGuard and make it so it only runs on CPU1 and not CPU2,just untick CPU2.

3. Always make sure you check what processesare running in the background that could cause the error to happen.Gameguard can possibly find anything running in the background apossible threat. For example, A peer-to-peer program, virus scanner,Windows defender, network monitoring software, or even something onanother profile on that PC.

If those don't work, then here's apossible way of solving the gameguard issue. Now since you are havingproblems with GameGuard telling you to reinstall etc. Then you willneed to replace a file to allow GameGuard to re-update itself.

1. Go to Program Files and find the folder RunUp_MY/Runup_SG.
2. Go into MS folder/LUNA online and find the GameGuard Folder.
3. Make a temporary folder elsewhere (E.g. Desktop) and name it Temp.
4. In the GameGuard Folder, drag the GameGuard.ver file into the Temp Folder that you created.
5.Reload up MS Online/LUNA online and let the GameGuard self-update. Make sure youallow this to complete. (The reason why you need to drag out the fileis because you need to allow it to update without any errors.
6. Hopefully this method should work and will allow you to play...
